HHHS Athletic Mission Statement

The Haddon Heights High School Athletic Department will create and foster an environment that provides opportunities for student-athletes to enrich their high school experience through participation on athletic teams, which are competitive at the conference and state level. We are dedicated to providing opportunities, which will enhance the intellectual, physical, social, moral and cultural development of the whole person, while conducting all activities with honesty, integrity in accordance with the principles of good sportsmanship and ethical conduct.

Congratulations to Jeff Eppright on his 400th career win as the Boys Soccer Head Coach! Over the past 32 years of coaching, Jeff has led the Garnets to 8 Colonial Conference Championships, 9 South Jersey Finals, and 2 State Finals. The Haddon Heights Hall of Fame Coach and his team won the Group 2 South Jersey Championship in 2010, the Group 1 South Jersey Championship in 2012, and the New Jersey State Championship in 2012!

Sports and Co-Curricular Activities Guidelines

Family ID for Spring Registration will open on February 1, 2020.

To be eligible for athletic completion/co-curricular activities during the first semester
(September 1 – January 31) a pupil must have passed 30 credits during the immediately 
preceding academic year. All freshmen are eligible for all sports and activities during the first 
To be eligible for athletic/co-curricular activities during the second semester (February 1 – June 30) must have passed the equivalent of 15 credits at the close of the preceding semester (January 31).  To remain eligible during your sports season, a student may not be failing more than 1 course or have below a 70 cumulative average. This will be checked approximately at the mid-way point of each season.
Co-Curricular activities and sports:
Football, Basketball, Track, Field Hockey, Baseball, Wrestling, Cheerleading, Golf, Softball, 
Cross Country, Soccer, Tennis, Swimming, Marching Band and Color Guard, Garnet & Gold, Academic Challenge, Musical Theatre, National Honor Society (has to meet these 
requirements and NHS academic requirements), Indoor Percussion/Color Guard, , Jr./Sr. 
STEAM Club, Student Government, Lighting and Sound Club, and Yearbook Club.
